🏛️ Student Rules & Code of Conduct

To maintain a disciplined and academic environment, all students of Shree Mahaveer Ji Law Sitapur are expected to follow the rules and regulations mentioned below. These rules are in line with the guidelines of the University of Lucknow and Bar Council of India (BCI).

📌 General Rules

Attendance Requirement:
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in semester examinations.
Dress Code:
Students must follow the college dress code on all working days and during academic activities like moot courts, seminars, and court visits.
Identity Card:
Carry your college ID card at all times within the campus.
Classroom Discipline:
- Mobile phones must be switched off during lectures.
- Punctuality and respect towards teachers are strictly expected.
Examination Conduct:
Any form of malpractice in examinations will lead to strict disciplinary action, including disqualification.

⚖️ Legal Practice Code

Participation in moot courts, legal aid camps, and court visits is compulsory.
Internships should be reported to the placement or training cell for verification.
Legal behavior and ethical conduct are expected at all times.

❌ Prohibited Activities

Ragging in any form is strictly banned and punishable under law.
Smoking, use of drugs, or any kind of intoxicants within or around the campus is prohibited.
Damage to college property will result in fines and disciplinary action.
